J&J Systems builds AI-powered business systems for local businesses — including AI voice agents, automated lead capture and follow-up, appointment scheduling, and workflow automation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any services you purchase from us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
J&J Systems designs, builds, and manages custom business systems for clients, which may include AI voice agents that answer calls and capture information, automated lead capture and follow-up workflows, appointment scheduling and calendar integrations, and other automation built around your business. The exact scope of work is defined individually with each client during a discovery call and confirmed before work begins.
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus an ongoing monthly service fee, as agreed with you individually before work begins. We do not require long-term contracts. Monthly service can be cancelled by the client at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at signup; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already paid for work completed or service periods already rendered.
To build and maintain your system, we may need access to certain business information and third-party accounts (for example, your calendar, phone system, or CRM). You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify us of any changes that affect how your system should operate.
Our systems are built using third-party platforms and integrations (such as GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, and telephony providers). Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies. J&J Systems is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
When you contact us or use our website's booking or contact forms, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, and details about your project. We use this information only to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, and follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from J&J Systems related to your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, J&J Systems retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates, and system architecture used to build client systems. You retain ownership of your own business data, content, and materials provided to us.
We work to build reliable systems, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, as automation and third-party integrations can be affected by factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&J Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost leads, missed calls, or business interruption, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may end the ongoing service relationship at any time, subject to the cancellation terms provided at signup. J&J Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment or misuse of our systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
